Danilia Village is a unique and enchanting ‘living museum’ – a faithful, privately-owned replica of a traditional 1930s Corfiot village. Owned by a private hotel group, it shot to international fame as the primary filming location for the hit ITV series “The Durrells,” where it represented Corfu Town, but has also featured in films such as ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’. Walking its cobbled streets feels like stepping onto a perfectly preserved film set, with a beautiful town square, church, traditional shops, and houses. It’s an immersive experience that captures the nostalgic charm of a bygone era.
