The trail from Kavos is around 2.7 km and is considered a moderate walk. It is mostly on dirt tracks and can be hot in summer, so wear appropriate footwear and bring plenty of water.
Yes, you can drive to the beach, but the final section is a rough, unpaved dirt track. It is manageable for most cars if you drive slowly and carefully, but a 4x4 or quad bike is ideal.
