Nissaki is the epitome of tranquil Greek island charm, a serene hideaway nestled on the dramatic northeast coast. Rather than a single village, Nissaki is made up of a collection of picturesque coves, hillside hamlets, and traditional tavernas scattered along the slopes of Mount Pantokrator. It is a destination for those looking to escape the crowds and immerse themselves in natural beauty. With its incredibly clear waters, peaceful atmosphere, and focus on simple pleasures like swimming and boating, Nissaki offers an authentic and restorative Corfiot experience.

Nestled on the coast between Barbati and Kalami, Nissaki is approximately 22 km north of Corfu Town. The area is accessed via a winding coastal road that offers breathtaking views. The drive from the airport takes around 35-40 minutes.
It is highly recommended. Nissaki is a spread-out area with steep hills. A car is necessary to comfortably access different beaches, hillside tavernas, and supermarkets, and to explore the rest of the beautiful northeast coast.
Unfortunately, Nissaki is one of the less suitable resorts for those with mobility challenges. The terrain is very steep, with sharp inclines from the main road down to the beaches and up to the hillside villas and tavernas.
The beaches are typically small, beautiful coves with white pebbles and exceptionally clear, turquoise water. They are perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Beach shoes are recommended for comfort.
