Pelekas is 13 km west of Corfu Town. The drive takes about 25-30 minutes.
Kaiser’s Throne is an observatory-style viewpoint at the very top of Pelekas hill. It was a favourite spot of the German Kaiser Wilhelm II, who used it to admire the island’s beauty. It offers an unparalleled 360-degree view of Corfu.
No, access to the main viewpoint is completely free. There is a café-restaurant next to it where you can buy drinks and enjoy the view from their terrace.
